FALSE COMMITMENT AND DELAY IN PRODUCT DELIVERY

Hi,

I would like to share the frustrated experience of India Shopping Assured 7Days Shipmen

My name is Hema, I have ordered a product through Times of India`s Readers Offer and immediately paid for the same on the 31st of July. It’s been 22 Days since I have placed an order, till now neither a call from them nor a positive response for my call.

I have been following on this since 12th of Aug, Initially they were saying that I would get the product by 14th Aug, thereafter they told me to wait until 19th Aug as the delay was due to the Independence Day holiday. Further, when I called them now that is today 21st Aug they say that the delay is from the merchant side and I need to wait for some more days. Their constant response is ‘we are sorry for the same, I understand you problem etc is like a parrot. Their response is actually adding fire to the fuel rather convincing.

I never expected this situation would occur since Times of India has taken initiative to advertise and promote their daily online shopping through their daily news paper.

I sincerely advice the public, whoever reading my complaint, please do not get tempted on the offers as they may look very nice from far…
