Delay in the Product delivery

Hi,

I would like to share the frustrated experience of India Shopping Assured 7Days Shipmen

I have ordered a product through Times of India`s Readers Offer and paid for the same on the 30th of July of Rs 7300/-. It's been 29 Days since I have placed an order but till now I havnt received the product.

Sir Can u pls help me to get a solution. Whenever I call their office, they have the similar answer like u will get the product in another 4 working days etc, Its been 29 Days and they are not seemed to be bothered at all.

PLS HELP ME
