Product not delivered

I have ordered an item on shopping.indiatimes.com on 26th August but I have still not received my order. As per the terms i was to get the delivery in 7 days but still havent received it and neither i know the status. Everytime i call them up to inquire the status they say i need to wait for 7 working days. They cannot even tell the status about my item.
