NON RECEIPT OF ORDER

This experience of an order with Indiatodaybookclub has left me exasperated & dissapointed. I had ordered r a package of seven DVD`s of Agatha Christie along with associated gifts on 09 Jan vide order no: OGA 090000037 but it has been over two months & I have still not received my order. I must have interacted with the lower staff 20 times over the phone & also with two supervisors Mr Justin Fernandes & lately with Mr Jitender Thakur. I wanted to cancel the order & had given an email also but was provided wrong email address by the tele operator. Lastly on Mr Jitender Thakur`s request & insistence to wait for another week the order was regenerated on 13 Mar 09 vide order no: OGA 090014343 . He had assured me that in case I dont receive the order in one week I can go in r cancellation. It is almost now 3 months since I placed the order & I am still waiting. This episode has left a very bad taste & I have been really fed up of chasing people to receive my order r which I already paid on 09 Jan 09. Even if I receive the order now the whole charm has gone. I dont think I will ever in future like to asociate myself with your group & would also like to share my bad experience with other freinds who deal with you all. May I request you to investigate the matter & least I deserve is some explanation from this group.
