Fraud Activities of India Today Book Clu

India Today Book Club has deducted Rs. 2, 249.00 from my credit card on 24/11/8 for the CDs to be sent to me. But after I haven't received the article in due time then I rang up to them and reminded them but I told them to cancel the order and refund the money back to my account. They said to send me the credit card statement just for clarification. However, after I have sent the statement also even today I hanv.'t received the amount refunded to my account. After seeing such activities of India Today Book club I feel that they are doing fraud with the costomers. "Beware" Please help me to get justice on this.
