The india today book club had an ad in the news paper regarding offer of reebok fitness kit (track suit, shoes, travel bag and hand towel) for Rs 3, 000 which i had to pay at the time of delivered of the same.

i ordered one kit on 09/02/09 order # 0GA90010661;

my membership # ITBC09867658.

but when the parcel was opened i found that the shoes were of wrong color and size.

i contacted india book club and they said that i courier them back and within ten days they will send back the correct shoe and also reimburse the courier charges.

the club has received the shoes on 27/02/09 but i have yet to receive the shoes.

i ve made several call and also e-mailed the co.but in spite of this till date they have not sent me the replacement.

PLEASE ADVISE AS TO HOW TO TACKLE THIS ISSUE.
