Dispatch of wrong item or Fraud

Hi,

This is reallly pathetic to see that a company of a stature of India Today can do this type of mistake, i don't know it is delibrately done or a mistake in real sense.

I had placed an order with India Today Book Club for (7 DVD set of Agatha Christie - Vol.2) against their SMS offer for an amount of Rs.569/- with Cash on Delivery as an option (Order No. TELESALES / 0GA090031415), i got a confirmation mail against the order placed. Today, I was taken aback when i found a product with 7 cd's of music today with invoice cum delivery note, still mentioning the product as 7 DVD set of Agatha Christie - Vol.2. This is really bad to cheat and was never expected from a company (Living Media India Ltd.) carrying a name for its reliability.

I request if this is a mistake, the india today book club people should replace it and provide me the desired product at their cost and if it is delibrate then shame on this tectic. It will have a negative publicity among all my known persons.
