Non receipt of gifts and money

I am a member of ITBC no. ITBC07322511. I have purchased some books on which some offer was offered .however since a year I have not received any gifts I have also Refunded a VPP amounting to Rs. 3000/- howevr no money was refunded so far
please look in the matter and obliged
