Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the Order No 0GA090010676 (Reebok Shoe & UCB Wrist Watch), i have placed with India Today book club, I have received the parcel but the box did not conatined wrist watch. I have been writting ti India Today Book Club regarding this issue since March but they are still investigating the matter, its far beyond my understanding that how come it can take 6 months to investigate a simple matter. pasted below are the copy of mails i have been sending to India Today Book Club since march for your kind reference.

Its far beyond my understanding that how come you are investigating this matter since month of March 09. I really appreciate your
seriousness of investigation that it is taking so much time. probably the team of FBI or RAW might have been investigating the issue
raised by me. or India today might have appointment a committee of some Judges from supreme court. I also feel pity on me and also
surprised of the foolish response i have been getting since March 09. i think now the time has come that you should provide me the mail
ID of some one who holds an authority and can resolve this issue with topmost priority. the money i have paid you in advance before the
product reached me is my hard earned money.if you cannot respect the hard-earned money of your customers, please stop making
mockery of them by sending pasted below stupid mails which i have received four times since March 09.

Its been more than a month, I think India Today is a grest follower of Indian Judiciary system, which takes decades to make a decision. if its not possible at lower level to provide me a resolution for the complaint, please send me the contact details of higher ups, so that i can take it forward, its really anoying and humilating to run behind you for a small watch, its not a matter of few hundred bugs. its a matter of principal and ideology of the organisation, which is least concerned about its customers.
My sincere advice to your organisation please review its Mission and Vision. its realy not what has happened with me.

Further with reference to my below mentioned mail, i would like to bring into your kind notice that, i have spoken to some of the employe off India Today at book club on 04th of April. and he has assured me to send the watch and has provided me with reference no 52371.further to inform you as on date i haven't received any courier or parcel containing such item, request you to please enquire about the same and revert me with the proper solution to this, this incident has spoilt the image of India Today Book club infront of me, also if you are unable to send the watch confirm the same to me on mail so that i can stop marking a mails to you and consider that the such incident has maligned the image of India Today Book club and i should no longer suggest others to any kind of transactions with your organisation.

Please refer subject matter in my appended mail which i have sent earlier, till date you have not given any satisfactory response. shall i consider that customer grievance has no importance for India Today Book Club, and there is no dedicated team to resolve any disputes.
I regret that i dealt with India Today Book Club, and trust me this was my last order and also i would never recommend any one for placing any order through India Today Book Club, as my grievance has me establish an opinion that India Today Book Club does not have any professional approach to deal with customers, being a banker i understand the importance of customer satisfaction, the only matter that leads to customer dissatisfaction and attrition is the quality of services and ability to deal with customer complaints, there are ways and means to get my issue resolved but i don't want to waste my time for such a nominal amount, Rather i would spend my time some productive work that can benefit my organisation.
Please confirm whether this dispute can be resolved or not once again to confirm you, i am not going to waste mt time despatching the packet back to you, as its a fault from your end end hence you need to take the necessary steps resolving the same.

This is with reference to the above mentioned order i have placed, when my transaction failed through Internet and i received a call for placing an order through IVR, i was so much impressed about the kind of customer service that was provided by you. but I was wrong in assessment of your services or it was too Early to establish an opinion. The order i received by blue dart on 27-03-09. the order placed was for a Reebok shoe size 8 and a United Colors of Benetton wrist watch, i received a box well packed, when i opened the box i was surprised that the box contained a pair of Reebok shoe as ordered and a box of wrist watch from UCB which was empty, the watch was missing and India today book club has dispatched an empty box, is it a process of humiliating customer. i am still unable to understand how such kind of goof up happened. i am extremely dissatisfied with such happenings, India Today is one amongst the best brands as per my understanding, if i am not wrong. such kind of goof up by such a reputed brand is really not acceptable. i spoke to your executive over phone who advised me to dispatch back the courier with a complaint letter, i really don't want to get into the trouble of going to courier agent and booking the courier back to you, i am sorry i deny to do any such kind of thing, i don't have a time for such kind of job. and i really will not go for that, leaving such a nominal amount is not a big deal, i will consider the same as charity done by me on behalf of your India Today Book Club, if customer satisfaction really matters to you, i hope you will take some suggestive measures towards this complaint. being a Banker i really understand the importance of Brand Value and believe me i don't want to do any kind of bad mouthing or bad publicity against India Today Book Club, please feel free to call me or mail at earliest.
I still have a faith in India Today Book Club that they will resolve my complaint at the earliest possible time. Please find the order details below.
