Cheating by India Today Book Club / Book Club Offer, Membership # ITBC 09975249

We wish to bring in your notice that they are simply cheating the public. We had also booked one parcel in May 09 but on receipt we noticed that the Parcel was containing only Four Articles instead of six as promised by the company.

We booked to send shoes of size # 7 with blue strips and but we were sent size # 8 with grey strips.

On our complain we were adviced by the company to return back shoes # 8 and we were assured to send fresh parcel as replacement as soon as possible along with the short receipt articles.

As adviced by the company we returned back our shoes.

But you would be surprised to note that 5 months had already been passed and nothing has been done so far, every time we are asked to furnish new details. Now we have no option left except to request you all not to deal with India Toady Book Club Offer.

We also request you to send this mail to all your nears & dears so that they may think twice to deal with such kind of people.
