Not sending the free gift

Hi,

I have ordered a four book set via order no. 0GA090061428, booking ID being 7770039642. It had a scheme of a free Reebok wrist watch.

I did received the book set on 5th of Aug and as per the procedure, requested the free Reebok watch on 10th Aug. Till date, I have not received the said free gift.

I have written several mails on which some of them were replied stating that

"Dear Member,

We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you.

With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we claimed your gift in your behalf so we request you kindly wait some working days.

Very soon we will inform you about the status of your free gift

Now it is almost 3 months and they have even stopped responding to the mails.
