Fraud non delivery of items and fake calls

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered for a Reebok Gym Kit, Membership number ITBC09947037 and on which they had even promised me for a holiday package too, i have made the transaction for the same on 28 August through my Citibank Credit Card, The company had promised me to send the item in 15 working days. When i called up the customer care they said they will process and some said they have packed a 11 Size shoes, i asked for 9 size and as well ordered for 9 size only. Then after there was no response from there side again when i called there was no response on the phone apart from the automated answering machine's recorded voice.

When ever they call up from India Today Book Club, they read out the offers to me saying that i have been chosen for the gift, them moment i ask them about the above details they change my name address and they will say "will call up back with details" that's it no more calls and they dont even pick up the calls as mentioned Helpline Number (011-40502424, 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM, and all 7 days) i dont know what else i can do with this people.

please help me out to get money back.
