Non receipt of product after 11 months of payment

On 1.12.08 I paid Rs748.00 through my creditcard to India today book club for Reebok shoes as per their offer. From past 11 months I have called them many times for this, all the times I have been receiving same reply i.e "we will despatch the shoe within 15 days, at present we dont have stock" Since I am staying at Hyderabad all the times I need to call them through STD calls and they takes huge time for this reply also. I am giving below some complain numbe. Apart from amount paid, I have spent more than Rs1000.00 for this STD call and wasted huge time without any fault from my end.
