Fraud- Not giving commited holiday vouche

I have made the payment of Rs.2298/- for their pack of shoes tracksuit holiday voucher on 20.11.2009. In 1st week of Dec I got the shoes tracksuit. from that day not able to generate coupon on website (wrong code given from last one month again & again)

earlier they have not told me about e-voucher. I am in regular followup on email & phone but they are not responding properly and taking further time. I want to go on holiday in first week of 2010 but due to this, now I am not able to do so and this voucher is waste for me.

my earlier experiences with India Today was also very bad

1. I have make the payment for books and got after 2 months.

2. I have make the payment for newspaper for 2 year but the coupons received after 4.5 months.

So I requests you to take very strict action against India Today Book CLub.
