I purchased a product on 29 Sept. I have been following up since Oct but they refuse to acknowledge the payment.

Whenever I call them, their system is down, and when I write to them, they inform me that the product has been delivered as Cash on Delivery.

I have the Authorization code # 002859 and Transaction code # 00160 from HSBC proving that I have made the payment.

But Bagittoday refuse to acknowledge and respond to any of my emails or calls.
