I was impressed and took the opportunity

But today I took my parcel by paying Rs.603/- from post office and realized that the Invoice No. ORA080041301 vide order no. OGA080031676 which is not matching with my order number is MITBC-WEB-1679047 and gifts you mentioned in web link. Regarding this I called to the phone number mentioned in Invoice. 011-40502424, by mentioning my invoice number immediately the irresponsible costumer service people simply disconnected.

I'm not ready to take this holiday package offer instead of diamond jewellery voucher worth Rs 5000/-

Please guide me on this matter for further (legal) proceedings. I've all the documents.
