Not received free offer gift against purchase of books

I am sorry to bring to your notice that i have not received my free addidas bag worth Rs 499 since may. I have contacted at no. 011-40502424 several times but every time i was told that we have registered your complaint and you will get it in a few days. I am again regret to say that the peole to whom I contacted at the above said number several times tried to befool me by giving me the consignment no .317995 despatched on 29th july, then despatched on 15th september, and today Ms. Pooja told me that it was despatched on 3rd October. My todays complaint no. is 54228 as told by Ms Pooja. Yesterday also Mr. Azim Khan forwarded my complaint.

i am now fed up with the irresposibility shown sending my addidas bag, I request you to please Look into the matter. VIJAY KUMAR PATHAK
