My membership No:07332582 - Complaint regarding the non delivery of book and other items

With reference to the above, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that so far I have not received the book entitled INDIAN BOOK OF TREASURES, though I have made payment of Rs 2998=00 through cheque no 815020 Vijaya bank, MSRIT Branch, Mattikere, Bangalore, Karnataka on 03-01. The amount of Rs 2998=00 has been debited to my account already.

I have contacted customer care Delhi several times but none of the staff is bothered to check about it. I am fed up of your bad service to the customer like us and after making payment we have to call you umpteen times to know the status.

Therefore I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and see that the above items are delivered immediately. I have already sent a similar complaint to response@bagittoday.com and so far nothing has been heard from them. Otherwise I shall be constrained to take up the matter to the consumer grievances cell for the delayed and non delivery of the goods.
