Non receipt of ordered item

Sir, i ordered an item by seeing an advertisement in TIMES OF INDIA on 12th december that is INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB, TODAYS SHOPPING, page no 7.i paid rs 999 through my credit card on the same day.but till today i have not recevied my item, i made so many calls but still they not yet sent. every time i make call regarding this they say you will be getting within 7 days, but i have not received so far, i also have list of peoples name to whom i have talked so far, i spent lot of money and also my time, but i can not wait more than this, so kindly do me favour to solve this dispute.
