Holiday Package Not Received

I received an email from ITBC regarding an offer that they were giving. Its total cost was 499/- shipping in which i was supposed to get a set of Encyclopedia CD roms, an adidas sling bag, 1 yr booksbuddy membership and a holiday package. i had placed the order for two such packages in August. It is May (almost a year) and all i have received is the adidas bag and the CD roms. i have called the ITBC helpline at least 15 times out of which 10 of my calls were disconnected straight away and on the other occassions, i was falsely told that my packages have been dispatched. i dont know which company takes 1 year to deliver a package. ITBC is fleecing its members and this company should be taken to the court of law.
