Payment Options

It is a pity that India Today Book Club site is so shoddily managed. The payment options given are "All Visa/ MasterCard Credit Cards and of Debit Cards of the following banks: SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC bank debit cards & Netsafe Cards, Axis Bank, DB, KYB, Corp Bank, IOB, Kotak (Net Card)". After inserting all personal particulars, the purchaser is directed to Payseal ICICI Credit Card gateway!! It is frustrating and annoying when this is followed up with tele calls from the BPO who, when told the reasons for not completing the purchase, plead helplessness in resolving the problem. If the Club wants payment only through ICICI credit cards, why waste the time of people who use SBI and other banks Credit and Debit cards?
