Non delivery of products ordered inspite of full advance

Dear Sir

Two month ago i have book one order in India Today Book Club through Internet, actually i receives the mail from them as a free gift but for that i have to pay Rs 2599/ amount.

I have paid the money through my icici credit card, but still on date i didnt receive that order. Moreover i had called many times to customer care but as per them i have not paid the money but when i receive the call from their verification department, they told i have paid the money & very soon i will get my order. This show the communication gap/loop hole in the departments.

I have receive my icici credit card statement, in which it is reflecting that i have paid the money to India Today Book Club.

This process is repeating from last two month, so many times i have intimate them but vain.

Now i do not want that order but i want my money back, so kindly help me for the same and tell me the procedure.
