Did not recieve my free gifts

I had booked 7 DVD of Agatha Christe and I was told I will be recieving a free Reebok shoes and a hoilday package. After many try I has still not recieved any. They don't mention the way to get these promos. After giving a call on the Ph no provided, they put the blame on me. And they also say that the days are expired and I wont be getting any. First of all they should give clear instructions. The wed site promos does not exists. While promoting a product they talk very sweet and helpful. But once you has pad the amount, the tone changes. They has given an ID no with no password. Cost of DVD is 1999 and processing and handling 599/- They should explain this on the phone.

Please do something.
