Gift on subscription not delivered

I subscribed Business Today (magazine - subs. no. - BT 1551456) I have received gift parcel against my subscription of Business Today, but in place of shoe pair only old waste paper was observed. I wrote (since Oct) many times but all the time they replied that Adidas shoe pair will be sent in 4-5 weeks but shoe pair is not received, as yet even now they spopped replying also
