NON SUPPLY OF PROMISED AIR TICKETS

I had purchased certain items from india today book club. They had promised air tickets with the offer and i was asked to send a form generated from their site to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt.ltd., P.O.Box. No.5042, Bangalore 560001.and it was mentioned in the form that it will be delivered within 10 days. I had sent the form on 06.11.2009 and till date i have not heard from them. All my calls to them and letters have yielded no results. I submit the details as under :

The company is regularly making such promises in their sales promotion and never keeping it. I shall be thankful to you if this matter can be resolved.
