Sir, I got a mail from Id: irctcpromotions@irctc.co.in on 13/02, Subject as

"Confirmed Winner! " This says I am eligible to get a Swatch Watch Benetton watch worth Rs.7000/- by paying only Rs. 2100/- through online payment. Is it a fake mail or really some promotional scheme from THE INDIA TODAY GROUP - INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. Please confirm and advise can I go for making the payment online safely?
