Non receipt of free gift with subscription

Dear Sir,

I applied for indiatoday English subscription in the month of december. i was getting the copies from jan.but i was supposed to receive free gift of adidas bag and encyclopidia cds within 8 weeks.but till today 24-09, i did not receive any.i am having my mail correspondence with them.they say that due to out of stock, they shall send me in 4-5 weeks.but again if i ask them after some months still the answer is same.but strangly i receive some mails from their group that u buy this and u will be getting encyclopidia cds and adidas bag.so the reason that they are out of stock is false.i never expected this from a leading publishing group to cheat and mislead a customer for a gift which is small compared with to their prestige.
