Non delievery of magzines and free gifts

I subscribed Business Today Magazine in the month of Jan'08. There has not been a single fortnight when I have not to remind them of the no delievery of the same. Above all the give a damn to it and send the stero type replies. Even my calls to the local Vender has fallen on deaf year.

Also, these people assure you a free gift on the subscribtion to be delivered with in 6 weeks of comenceement of the same but I am still waiting for the same after 16 weeks.
