I subscribe India Today Scientific Amarican India on april and subscription stared on june (3 years Rs.2300). From then I did not get my copy except the Septmber issue and my gift. I send them many emails but always they said that the problem is shorted out shortly and they will send the copy. But noyhing happen. Till now i dont get it and i leave my hope, so I stop my emailing for 2 months. How do i deal with this? Can I go to consumer corurt? How much money I have to spend to make a Case?
