Non Receipt of goods

I Have ordered reebok fitness kit on 28/02 via telephone and paid the amount Rs 3199.00 wide my credit card. I was informed that goods will be espatched with in 10-15 days. But till date I have not received the goods. They are informing me that your ordered goods have been despatched via speed post on 28/03. But till date 13/04 I have not received the goods.
