Illegal cowshed at resident place

This mail is with regards to pay you the attention and to take the appropriate steps about the problem that we are facing currently.

One of the our neighbour Mukesh Tiwari address:

House no. 299/11, sector 2, Shivanand Nagar, Raipur C.G.

He has unauthorizly built the cow sheds (nearly 25-30 cows are leaving) on the other vacant plots near to his house. The area is looking dirty and unhygenic. The surrounding have full to bad smell all the time. The cow dumps such as solid wastes are dumped onto the same place on one of the vacant plot. This spoils the environment and makes polluted. Due to which people living nearby facing problems and sufferring with many health problems.

We know that it is illegal to build cowshed at resedentail place. So request you to take immediate action.

As I already sent complaint many times but no action has been taken so far. Please, its humble request to take an appropriate and immediate action.
