First Service

It was the first service of my Indica, but it is really very painful that no hospitality was shown. Even my driver was told to sit in a seperate room and they took the vehicle in the work shop. And when the car was handovered, no cleaning was done from inside. The dust lying inside the car was as it is. No polishing was done on fiber parts. Foot mats were very dirty. When my driver did query about the job, they did not give any reply and ultimately it was the worst experience of services and hospitality from such a esteemed TATA MOTORS during the first job work.
