Indica Petrol Car
Screeching noise on starting

For the last few months there is a noise whenever the car is started in the morning and it persists for about 5 to 10 minutes.

The authorised work shop says it is a belt noise and it is present in almost all Indica vehicles. Is not there any repair possible? I expect Tata company is technically calable. I am in Bangalore
