Indica V2 Petrol 2002 Model
Expensive part is replaced by a defective parts at Sania Motors

Dear Sir,

I have a Indica V2 petrol model 2002. I got my car serviced by the Sanya Motors Mayapuri on 18/03 vide invice no Sanya-MP-0708-14268 Chassis No 6002002AXZP02956 Vehicle Regn No. DL4CP2270 Job Card No JC-Sanya-MP-0708-013576

The workd done was engin oil replaced qty five liters whereas the capcity of the engine is 4.25 litres. Before getting my car serviced I never had any problem with the engine of the car. Since then my car is giving lot of trouble. After that I have visited the Sanya motors several times but withou any respite of the problem. One meachniqe on other tata show room told me that high pressure valve through witch the excess petrol goes back to the tank is damaged. Before giving this car to the Sanya Motors, i did not have any problem of this kind. This part which is quit expensive is not easily available in the market. The mechanic at the Sanya motors has stolen this part from my car by replacing a defective part. Please get me justice.

If the authorise showrooms are doing this kind of cheating then to whom should we trust?
