False commitment & miss behaviou

Hi, I booked a xeta car after commitment of a sales manager RAVI that they will give me a cash discount of Rs 25, 000 as per company's scheme a mp3 player additional from dealers behalf..i have these things in written by mr ravi..so when i went to pick my booked vehicle... after submitting the down payment amount... after the completion of insurance papers & all documents & fitting of mp3 player... sudden they denied that they jst can't give mp3 player, that commitment was by mistake of there employ... Mr ramesh parasher (sr sales manager) asked us that leni hai to le gadi nahi to jao yaha se..(in typical haryanvi style) like we r not there to buy a car... in fact we r there to beg for a car...
now i m going to file a case in consumer court against malwa motors..because i have this commitment on papers...
& i knows it will realy effect the imaze of tata motors, malwa motors..& the sale of xeta modal too... because two of my friends were also going to buy this xeta but after the behaviour of staff they r going to buy wagon r...
we realy feel the difference between malwa motors & karnal motors behaviour...& thats why they r leader in sales too...
so pl's revert me as soon as posssible regarding this..
