Sir/Madam,

Please help me to get justice... I'm the victim of Tata Indicom Broadband - Victim of Billing Faulty Process

Background: I'm Manohar Joshi (user ID: manohar1971@vsnl.net) is the customer of Tata Indicom wireless broadband.

There is a offer launched by Tata Indicom Broadband called 'More 4 Sure', which means, paying 4 months bill in advance and 5th month is free. I made the online transaction through net banking and paid the amount (3000 Rs.) as indicated by tataindicombroadband.com site. When I called the customer service call centre (I spoke to one Mr. Ganesh, Supervisor), he clearly said the system has not collected service tax, which is showing one Rupee (Re 1) less and you are not eligible for the offer.

Just because of a bug in their online system, they are telling that I'm not getting the offer.

I'm extremely frustrated and need your help badly and urgently. Kindly help me to get the offer. It is very ridiculous that the customer care (even supervisor) is talking very rude and are not able to resolve a simple problem like this. Hence, I have to escalate to cosumer court.
