Hi,
This is to bring into your notice about my unpleasant experience with Indigo.
I could not catch my morning flight to Bangalore departing at 6:30am, as I reached the boarding counter
at 15 min prior i.e. 6:15 cause of heavy traffic jam.
The staff did not help in the matter nor adjusted any seat in next Indigo flight to Bangalore.
I had to buy another ticket to for 6k.
The experience was very unpleasant and I will think twice now before travelling with Indigo.
