Harresment by Police at the Old Delhi Station Entrance

I was stopped at the Old Delhi Railway Station Entrance (Chandini Chowk Side) on 9th August at 10.15 PM on my way to board 5013 Ranikhet Exp. PNR No. 2208908091. My Bag was searched and the police personal demandes bribe to release my luggage. I was carrying one hand held drill machine which was bought in Chawri Bazar in Delhi, with tax paid bill. The policemen refused to consider the bill and stopped me from going on to the platform. He told me to keep the bills inside and give "something" then you can go. He almost forcefully took away Rs 50 from me and let me go. I have travelled with the same luggage by metro s X-ray screening machine. This I cosider is a shameful and clumsy way of harressment and extortion at the station. I want railways to be more responsible towards passengers.
