Amount of Rs. 5985.00 debited and ticket not booked

I was charged Rs. 5985.00 for nothing. The IRCTC site gave me a

message that there is a Communication Failure, while finalizing the reservation. Instead of alloting me an e-ticket they gave me a reference number (i.e.) 0042886237. The message displayed was that, there was an error while booking the ticket and hence the money would be credited back to your account. This was done on March 19th. My concern is that the money that they charged for NOTHING is not yet refunded.

I hope IRCTC's online service is not for charging the customers without giving them what they opted for and MAKING money out of that.

CITIZENS are PROUD of INDIAN RAILWAYS. This Kind of SERVICE is going to make us ASHAMED.
