PLEASE FIND ATTACHED BELOW MAIL SENT TO INDIATIMES SERVICE CENTRE ON 7th oCTOBER - TILL DATE I HAVE GOT NO REPLY OR SOLUTION .

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my attached complaint & my complaint ticket no. SHOP350833 dated 03/10/09 I am sorry to say that I am yet to get any solution/reply from INDIATIMES in this matter. Indiatimes has assured an action in 48 hours but this is now almost 96 hrs now & an eager action is solicited.

Please note I have recd. wrong & short supplied items against what I had ordered which is a callous mistake on part of supplier & I should be supplied my ordered Jewel Combo on URGENT basis. Kindly arrange for URGENT replacement from supplier urgently & also advice how I send back the incorrect Jewel combo back to supplier.

Kindly assure URGENT ACTION as I am not supposed to write to Indiatimes for this again & again. My purpose for purchasing this combo is also rendered useless now.

THIS IS ANOTHER MAIL SENT ON 4th OCTOBER -

%%%This is regarding my order of Jewel Combo Order no. 111954400 (SUB ORDER NO.2618624) placed on September 16 to SHOPPING.INDIATIMES.COM .Please note I had received the courier yesterday but I am sorry to state that the Jewel Combo does not match the specifications ordered by me & also verified by Indiatimes (as available in My account). On the outside of courier Product name is matching my order but inside items are altogether different.

Please note My Order was :~"JEWEL COMBO - 36 SETS 36 gold plated bangles 8 1 gm KADAS 1 JEWEL WATCH 4 PEARL BANGLES 4 BRACELETS PEARL RING 10 ASSORTED EARRINGS - TOTAL 100 ITEMS". Also your advertisement mentions " All sets come with Hyderabad Pearls Warranty & Authenticity Card " but I am sorry to find no such card with the items.

But very surprisingly items received list is as below ;

"JEWEL COMBO - 28 SETS 48 GOLD PLATED BANGLES 2 1GM KADAS 1 JEWEL WATCH 1PEARL WATCH 4 PEARL BANGLES PEARL RING 10 ASS. EARRINGS 12 ASSORTED RINGS ".

I hereby request you to arrange for replacement of total Jewel combo as the items are altogether different & short supplied against what i ordered & paid for. I had already received the items in 15 days time & that too wrong. I request you to arrange for replacement of Total Combo from supplier on uRGENT BASIS & provide my ORDERED COMBO ONLY. Please advice how I send back the wrong combo back & get corrected items urgently.

HOPING FOR A FAST ACTION AS I HAVE HIGH FAITH IN INDIATIMES.
