I had ordered for JE K 780 iFone 3G Dual Sim MP3/MP4 GSM Multimedia Mobile Phone through Indiatimes online shopping Indiatimes always mentiones 3 months return warranty for any product purchased from shoppings. indiatimes.com When I received this mobile, within 2 days I figured out that it is not detecting memory card so then I was trying to call up indiatimes help Customer care helpline numbers 9998308888 / 9876848888 are always busy I have personally gone to the vendor Teknix and delivered my mobile to get the refund but then they told me to write mail to Indiatimes for the refund I have sent almost 15-20 mails in this regards but not getting any reply Now I am getting a feeling that I have lost both money and mobile as well THIS INDIATIMES SHOPPING IS CRAP, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC I SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO DO ANY BUYING ON THIS SITE...
