Non-Delivery of Consignement till date

I had been informed by Mr. Sami Hasan & Mr. Azeem Khan of India Today Book Club (e-mail feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com) that my subject Consignement has been dispatched through dartmail courier service (C/no.6127207811 dtd.30/03/09)

for which I have already made full online payment of Rs.5697.00 through my credit card but I regret to say that till date I have not received my consignement. On contacting there customer care telephone no.

011-40502424, I have repeatedly been assured the I will be receiving my consignement in another 2-3 days but nothing has happened till date.

They are sitting tight on my money for the last one month & have done nothing to ensure the delivery of my consignement at the earliest..
