Rude behaviou

Dear Readers,

I have recently visited this TMC Showroom in hydernagar, Hyderabad to buy a Micro owen. I have seen the revoews on many companies and finally got interested in LG so i asked the employee there to show me the LG products with convection, as i have already browsed the detials so i directly asked him to show the model 8080 which has convection. He showed me another model and said that the model which i asked was not there, when asked the price he told that it was 12900 Rs. I just asked the same model when i saw on the net was 11000, so why you charge 12900 he simple replied then go and buy in the net only and why the hell i came to a show room. I was humiliated by his behavior so me and my wife immidietly left the show room and went to another show room in kukatplally and bought the micro oven. The people in in the customer service are hired to give us answers for what we ask not just get irritate and behave like this. I think the management has to take of this very carefully
