Website to claim free gifts does not open

I purchased CDs of Britannica Concise 2008 CD ROM & Student Library (Book Code Nos. B1503 & S2282), vide Inv. No. ORA80171260, dt: 21.11.08. Upon receipt of CDs when I tried to access the website to claim free gifts as suggested in the claim form, I couldn't access it. I would like to return these CDs and want my money back including postal chgs which I paid in cash.
