Claim of Special offe

I received the order (UCB-Belt) on 30th Aug.2009.

In the invoice it has been mentioned that I can claim SPECIAL OFFER by logging at site www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm by giving the Unique number given in the invoice.

I tried to log in & claim my OFFER number of times, but every time I'm getting response "You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again".

Further, I contacted your customer service 011-40502424 vide Reference No.192596 and I was assured that the issue will be resolved in 3-4 days. Further, I have been informed that the the Unique number is being mentioned in every invoice & is a blank/void number.

Regret to state, I AM YET TO RECEIVE ANY CALL/RESPONSE FROM India Today Book Club.
