Non-receiptof "Optima Two tone Pair Watch se" even after sending subscription charges sent in January

I had sent Rs.2, 000/- to M/s India Today in January. The Group had sent a letter dtd 10.2.09 in which it was mentioned that ""Optima Two tone Pair Watch se" will be sent to me as gift. The weekly was sent to me w.e.f March. But the promise still remain as a dream even after sending mail to wecare group! Please help me
