Poor service assistance

Respected chairman,

i am the residence of solan (himachal pradesh) and customer of your's. in april i had purchased a indigo lx (HP -14 - B 5115) from your agency JAYPEE MOTORS in solan. but in august i got some problem in my car that is the dash board's lock and the centre lock was not working properly, so i went to the agency to get it check, but the agencies mechanical assistance is so poor by which i suffered a lot, for two days they kept my car in the service station but still they did'nt repaired the things and make the things more worst as earlierthey open the things and put it in the car without repairing it.

due to the agencies non-reliable service create a lot of problem to and my buisenes suffered a lot, i am the only person handling buisenes and do not get so much time to visit again and again to agencies for the minor things.

please take some actionable claim against the agencies mechanical assistance else i have to take help of consumer court.
