Nondelivery of letters

Respected Sir, This is regarding non-delivery of ordinary letters by the Post-master, GPRA Quarters, GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD-500 032 on the plea that no additional postman is posted to his office. There is no delivery of letters to the area TELECOMNAGAR for the last more than 3 months. This is inspite of my personal meeting with the Postmaster and giving him a written complaint. He has asked me to complain to the higher authorities so that his problem is solved. As on date only a casual postman is posted as per his version. Due to this unilateral decision taken by the PM the letters pertaining to TELECOMNAGAR are piled up in gunny bags at the PO.pl do needful.
