My HDD S/N SOOJJ40XB06679 was refused by your service centre saying that the HDD pin is broken THE PIN IS NOT BROKEN and I still have the HDD with me and because I asked the staff to give me in writing he refused

My second HDD s00jj40xb06679 i was told in anger that I have to come after 15 days

on the bill it is clearly mentioned collect it after 3 days positevly
