Phone not working

I have a BSNL Landline Telephone (04288-233662) More than 3 months its not working, I registered complient 3times in my local area telephone exchange (vaiyappamalai). and also i called to S.T.O but there is no proper

response, till date my phone is not working. S.T.O number is 04288-287700. because of this problem my heart suffered lot and lot. i have only son of my parents daily i ll talk to them. i am in roaming place, so i cant able to contact my parents. so please kindly request to take immediate action to consider department and slove my problem.
